Campus Contern Offices S.A., Rue Edmond Reuter 19, L-5326 Contern (RCS LU: B 248.039), hereinafter also Campus Contern, is the data controller of the personal data it obtains from its customers and potential customers in the context of transactions and services on the Campus Contern website at 5326 Contern, 19 – Rue Edmond Reuter, Luxembourg.
The principles and obligations set out in this document apply to any company belonging to Campus Contern that acts as the owner on the site (i.e. also Campus Contern Épervier S.A. as an affiliated company^.

The message will be processed by the person responsible for the GDPR (data protection and privacy legislation in force in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as well as Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and the European and national regulations transposing it).

Principles – Purposes – Data subjects – Categories of personal data
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us by subscribing to our newsletter, filling in contact forms and sending us an e-mail, for example.
We also collect data from your use of the website and its services when you visit web pages and fill in forms (please see the cookie policy).
In principle, your personal data will only be used to process your requests.
Campus Contern processes personal data in the context of transactions and agreements relating to the Campus Contern website. Mainly it is personal professional data of customers or potential customers of Campus Contern.
The processing is therefore carried out exclusively in order to be able to offer services to customers and potential customers, to execute the contracts concluded, to manage the administration/accounting of the customers. The processing is therefore limited to what is necessary for the execution of agreements and what is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Campus Contern (among other things, to offer services to potential and interested customers).
Primarily, the personal data processed is very limited to what is necessary for Campus Contern in order to be able to fulfil its contractual obligations, manage the website and offer services to customers (data of a contact person at the customer’s premises, e-mail and professional phone). Campus Contern does not process sensitive data.
The data is centralized in the CRM-database of Campus Contern.
Campus Contern does not use automated processes or profiling.
If you are a real estate professional, we send you our newsletter periodically.
If you are a tenant, your data will be used in the first place to manage your file and the lease contract and its execution, also by the property manager, and in the second place to send you information about events, services on Campus Contern, for satisfaction surveys.
It is also possible that personal data is verified before entering into a contract or processing an application as part of our „Customer-acceptance“ procedures.

Recipients of personal data – Data processors
Campus Contern may provide access to the data to its employees and agents, but will limit such access to those persons who need it to meet Campus Contern’s obligations.
Campus Contern has a processor to whom processes and uses personal data only on behalf of Campus Contern and to perform the „property-management“ obligations on the Campus Contern website and in accordance with the instructions of Campus Contern.
There are other processors as listed below, especially in the context of the application of „cookies“.
Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (i.e. the European Union, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway), unless the country or organisation(s) concerned to which the personal data is transferred guarantees an adequate level of protection. However, we also refer to the cookie policy, given the subcontractors involved.

Organizational and technical security measures
Campus Contern has appropriate technical and organisational security measures necessary for the protection of personal data, including against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access. These measures are fairly standard given the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing as well as the risks of use and the likely impact on the freedoms and rights of data subjects in the event of a data breach.

Data retention
Campus Contern stores and maintains personal data for as long as necessary (a) because of the limitation periods during which the data subjects can assert their legal rights against our company (b) useful for commercial purposes and to inform and make offers to registered persons (c) to perform its obligations as owner of the Campus Contern website under the conventions and regulations in The force and the professional relationship (d) thereafter passively depending on the legal obligations and the need for certain files that contain personal data can still be accessed.

Rights of data subjects
All data subjects have:
- The right of access – the right to receive a copy of all the personal data that Campus Contern holds about him/her.
- The right to rectify personal data collected by Campus Contern.
- The right to request the deletion of personal data unless there is a legitimate reason for its retention.
- The right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format for transmission to another entity.
- The right to object at any time, for reasons relating to one’s particular situation, to the processing of personal data, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing.
- The right to claim a restriction of the processing of their data.
To exercise your rights, you can send an email to the above-mentioned address (privacy@campuscontern.lu). A response will be received within 30 days of verifying the identity of the person who makes a request for personal data at Campus Contern.

Although Campus Contern attaches great importance to compliance with the legislation on the protection and processing of personal data, you can always lodge a complaint with the competent authority in the country where you reside or with the
