To date, our tenants have reacted very well and protected their teams; our parking lots have been empty for 2 months. THANK YOU. <\/p>\n

Even in recent days, an average of only 25 cars are using the parking lots, a sign that the recovery is happening smoothly and cautiously.<\/p>\n

We have taken various measures to facilitate the return to the office when our tenants are ready. Watch the video here<\/a>, or read more below.<\/p>\n

What we have already put in place:<\/h2>\n

We have asked everyone to maintain social distancing<\/strong> in the stairwells and not to share elevators: one person at a time. Ideally, avoid touching walls or handrails as much as possible. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Disinfection is a key point for feeling safe, so we have ordered touchless hand sanitizer dispensers for every exterior entrance<\/b> on the site as well as all entrance lobbies from the underground parking. They will be installed at the end of May, which is the shortest lead time we could get from our supplier. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We have distributed a small stock of masks to each company on the site and we will coordinate a global order so that every company can easily equip themselves, if they haven’t already<\/strong>. This is the whole point of living on a Campus: we share resources and ideas. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Event room and fitness center will remain closed until September 1st<\/strong>. The official date is July 31st, but we wish to take advantage of the holidays to keep them closed for one additional month. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Our Bioorg ecosystem<\/a> has been renewed to assure our tenants of the air quality in our buildings<\/strong>. It will be renewed 3 more times this year to eliminate fine particles and pollutants naturally present in the ambient air. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What we are going to do:<\/h2>\n

We have planned to change the air filters as a precaution.<\/strong> They were changed recently, but to remain cautious, they will be renewed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Events are canceled until further notice<\/strong> to comply with social distancing guidelines. We hope to be able to reschedule our annual barbecue soon, for example. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Nj\u00f6rd restaurant will be the only public area to reopen on Campus Contern<\/strong>. We do not have a fixed date yet. Specific safety guidelines will be detailed at the restaurant entrance. <\/p>\n
