Invisible trees—impossible? Yet that’s exactly what we did yesterday at Campus Contern by renewing our BioOrg ecosystem.
Our 12,500 m² of offices are now ecosystems capable of breaking down indoor pollution and purifying the air.
Because nothing is more important than health, especially in these troubled times.
The foundation of well-being at the office
BioOrg’s slogan perfectly describes its effect: *Bring nature in: Bring nature indoors*. Misting positive bacteria throughout all buildings allows our tenants to enjoy healthy air, just like in a forest.
A healthy, clean environment remains the foundation for creating a sense of well-being at work or anywhere else. Working in a forest of 210 trees is a great start!
“We’ve always done our utmost to provide as much comfort as possible for our tenants, and the BioOrg ecosystem is a welcome addition—especially right now, with lockdown easing just around the corner.” explains Marc Diver, owner of Campus Contern. “We also know that BioOrg may theoretically have a possible effect on the coronavirus, so it was important for us to do it quickly. Health first!”.
In line with ASTF recommendations – Occupational Medicine
ASTF has issued some very useful recommendations to support companies as lockdown measures are eased. The first points are directly linked to buildings and indoor air management, such as ventilating spaces, cleaning ducts, and above all limiting the use of air humidifiers, which encourage the virus to spread.
We’re also reassured because BioOrg works precisely in this direction: it removes typical indoor pollutants and allergens, fine particles the virus can cling to, and creates a dry environment on surfaces, potentially less conducive to the virus’s development.
Workplace safety isn’t only about access control: air pollution kills more than tobacco, according to the WHO (World Health Organization). By spraying BioOrg today, we’ve taken safety to the next level by providing health solutions for our tenants. (BioOrg Luxembourg)
And what do the tenants think?
As usual, they were very cooperative and gladly opened their doors. A big thank you to them.
Everyone’s constraints were respected, and the misting was quick. There was no need for people to leave their workstations, so the operation went largely unnoticed—except for a few delighted comments and even a few treats handed out as a thank-you.
A big thank you to all our tenants for their flexibility, and to our property manager Cobelpro for their responsiveness and follow-up.
Together, we’re working to *live better* on our Campus.
