It’s current: the office world is changing. We’re rethinking workspaces, testing remote work, getting organized. At Campus Contern, we believe that human interaction must remain at the center of everything and therefore, we need to encourage exchanges as much as possible, while obviously respecting the new health constraints we all face.
It’s in this spirit that we’ve equipped our terrace with new tables and benches to share better, outdoors.
Social Reconnection: A Pleasant Break
Rebuilding social connections is important for everyone, and it’s our role as an owner to encourage exchanges as much as possible.
Sunshine records aren’t necessarily set in Contern, but we needed to ensure that our small community could enjoy our outdoor spaces even more and even better. In addition to the existing high benches, we’ve added benches and tables to make even better use of the esplanade.
It’s now easy to settle in comfortably and perhaps stay a little longer to enjoy the sun and why not share a table with people from other companies, exchange tips, effective strategies…
COVID-19: The Safety of Gathering Outdoors
COVID-19 has left its mark and we’re all more or less wary of socializing again. Having large tables outdoors will allow the most reluctant to be around people and meet individuals from other companies. If you have a meeting or a team meeting, why not meet outside when the weather is nice and thus avoid wearing a mask throughout the entire meeting?
The benches we’ve added respect social distancing: the planter in the middle is a very nice and pleasant way to ensure the minimum 2-meter distance.
Quality Materials – Recycled and Recyclable
We were demanding when selecting the materials: everything is 100% recycled and recyclable plastic. Workplace well-being yes, but not at any cost; we made sure to stay true to our green commitments.
We also needed to add color to encourage tenants to come and enjoy it. We’re delighted with the result and eagerly await what’s next… because we have other surprises and improvements planned for the fall.
Well-being at work is essential, and it’s up to us to guarantee it to our tenants.
