Thanks to our efforts, our years-long commitment to limiting our impact, and the collaboration of our tenants, we are proud of this first milestone: we are among the first (if not the first?) office building to validate scope 1 and 2.

This certificate is primarily based on electricity consumption:

“CAMPUS CONTERN is conscious of its CO2 emissions and by using 100% green electricity for heating and lighting in their buildings it is considered CO2-Neutral for scope 1 and scope 2 during FY2020. Achieving CO2-Neutrality by obtaining this CO2-NEUTRAL label in line with the PAS 2060, the international standard for CO2-Neutrality, is a guarantee for credible
climate action.”
