We are committed to minimizing our impact on water resources

Through cigarette butt recycling:

BRAVO! 38,800 cigarette butts recycled at our facility! That’s 5,543 Olympic swimming pools of unpolluted water!!!! #proud ♻️

We are very proud of our tenants’ involvement in this #cigarettebutt recycling initiative with shime: this waste is highly toxic and polluting, so the MéGO! program is important:
* waste recovery
* water protection
* CO2 emissions protection

Through optimized installations

Water is precious ♻️, stopping the waste of drinking water for toilets, watering, or cleaning is both possible and necessary.

Our bathroom faucets are also touchless: they only turn on when a presence is detected and for a limited duration sufficient to wash hands properly but not indefinitely.

Through natural and ecological cleaning:

We use BioOrg / Indoor Forest SIS for cleaning common areas, using products without chemicals and without added water to preserve consumption and eliminate waste in wastewater.

Proud to follow our INDR Responsibility Europe commitments
